This light oak-look walk-in closet in North Palm Beach was built by our team in our shop in Oakland Park. Open shelves, drawers and hanging sections line the room, with LED lighting built into the cabinetry. From the doorway, the layout brings the different storage sections into view.

Cubbies and drawers at the far wall
The far wall combines open cubbies with a double stack of drawers below. Vertical LED strips sit in the uprights, lighting the open compartments and outlining their edges. The light oak-look finish continues across the shelves and drawer fronts.
Long metal pulls run across the drawer fronts beneath the cubbies. This section puts open storage above closed drawers, with each compartment visible from the entrance.
Pull-out racks for shoes
A tall section of pull-out shoe racks sits between hanging space and illuminated shelves for folded clothes. The racks form a vertical column, with shoes arranged on separate levels. Beside them, the open shelves hold folded stacks in individual compartments.
The adjacent sections share the same light oak-look finish. Built-in lighting carries through this part of the closet, linking the shoe storage visually with the shelving beside it.
Double hanging with shelves beside it
Double hanging on lit rails provides two levels for clothes, with shelves on both sides. The open layout keeps the hanging sections and neighboring shelves visible together.
