Butler pantry cabinets and coffee bars
A butler pantry adds cabinets between the kitchen and dining room for serving and storage. We build base and wall cabinets for butler pantries and catering kitchens, with appliance openings sized to the dimensions we measure. A coffee bar can fit here, too.
Laundry room cabinets around your machines
Laundry room cabinets add storage above and beside the washer and dryer, with tall cabinets and open shelves where they fit. We plan around your machines and the hookups recorded at the measure. For a mudroom next to the laundry, see our built-ins.
Materials and finishes
Our main cabinet material is TFL, thermally fused laminate, on 3/4" MDF with matching edge banding. Finishes include solid colors, wood grains, and stone, linen or metallic looks. Wood veneer, painted fronts, shaker doors and handleless fronts are also options, with soft-close hardware.
We band every exposed edge to match on our PUR edge bander. PUR glue leaves a thin, moisture-resistant glue line, which matters in Florida humidity.
You choose the finish from physical samples at the measure.

If the project fits, the site measure is free. We laser-measure the room, record utilities and openings, photograph every wall and bring finish samples.
Review a written, fixed proposal with the exact price.
Sign the agreement and pay the deposit. Shop drawings follow within 7 calendar days, with two revision rounds included. Production starts after your approval.
We build in our Oakland Park shop. Our crew installs, then walks the job with you using a punch list.

Plumbing, electrical work and appliance hookups are by others. Countertops and stone, appliances, sinks and faucets, painting, wallpaper and wall finishes are also by others; we build and install cabinetry and millwork.
How long does a pantry or laundry room take?
Most pantries and laundry rooms are made and installed within one to two weeks of drawing approval; larger projects take longer. Shop drawings arrive within 7 calendar days of the deposit.
