What we build for your kitchen
We build base, wall and tall cabinets to fit your room, along with kitchen island cabinets built to your layout. Tall oven cabinets and refrigerator surrounds fit around your appliances, using dimensions we check at the site visit. Handleless fronts are an option.

Your designer’s drawings, or ours
We can build from your designer’s or architect’s drawings, or have a designer on our team draw your kitchen. Send any plans you already have.
The 3D render shows the look; the shop drawings specify what gets built. You approve those drawings before production starts. For help with the wider interior, interior design is a separate service led by our Principal Designer, Alina Labusova.
Materials, finishes and Florida humidity
Our main cabinet material is TFL, or thermally fused laminate, on 3/4" MDF with matching edge banding. Finishes include whites and solid colors; light, warm and dark wood grains; and stone, linen and metallic looks.
We also build in wood veneer and with painted fronts, including shaker doors. Textured melamine is available for simpler cabinets. We use soft-close hardware.
Every exposed edge is banded to match the finish on our PUR edge bander. PUR glue leaves a thin, moisture-resistant glue line, which matters in Florida humidity. Preview finishes on screen, then choose from physical samples at the measure.

If the project fits, the site measure is free. We laser measure the room, record outlets, pipes and windows, photograph every wall and bring finish samples.

You receive a written, fixed proposal with the exact price.
Approve the drawings.
After the agreement and deposit, shop drawings arrive within 7 calendar days. Two revision rounds are included.
Build and install.
Production starts after drawing approval, on the schedule written into the agreement. We build in Oakland Park, install with our own crew and walk the punch list with you.
Payments are 50% at signing, 40% when ready before delivery, and 10% at acceptance after the punch list is signed. Changes are documented in a written change order.
Cabinet lighting
We mount LED lighting inside the cabinetry, test it in place and bring the wiring to the point shown on the drawings. An electrician connects power and switches: your own, or our partner under a separate agreement.
What the cabinetry price covers
Our cabinetry price covers making and installing the cabinets. It depends on size and layout, materials and fronts, hardware, lighting, and whether old cabinets come out. The exact price follows the measure in a written proposal.
Countertops and stone backsplashes, appliances, sinks and faucets, plumbing, electrical work and wall finishes are by others. Removing old cabinets is included only when written into the estimate.

Can you work from my designer’s drawings?

Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a showroom. You see the look in a 3D render and choose finishes from physical samples at the measure.
