Vanity cabinets sized for your bathroom

We make single and double vanities with drawers, doors and storage arranged for your room. A primary bathroom vanity can sit beside a tall cabinet for towels and linen. Planning the adjoining dressing area too? See our custom closets.

LED lighting can go under the vanity or in open niches. We mount and test it in place, bringing wiring to the point on the drawings. Your electrician, or our partner under a separate agreement, connects power and switches.

A custom vanity drawn around your plumbing

We record pipes and outlets at the site measure and draw the vanity cabinets around them. That helps determine where drawers, doors and cabinet divisions go. Plumbing and fixture connections remain with your plumber.

Materials and finishes

Our main vanity material is TFL, thermally fused laminate, on 3/4" MDF. Every exposed edge is banded to match the finish on our PUR edge bander. PUR glue leaves a thin, moisture-resistant glue line, which matters in Florida humidity.

Choose whites, solid colors, wood grains, or stone, linen and metallic looks. We also offer wood veneer, painted fronts including shaker doors, and textured melamine for simpler cabinets. Handleless fronts are an option; hardware is soft-close. Preview finishes on screen, then choose from physical samples at the measure.

Cabinetry and the work around it

Our price covers the vanity cabinetry, made and installed by our team. Countertops and stone, sinks, faucets, plumbing, electrical work, tile and other wall finishes are by others. Removal of existing cabinets is included only when written into the estimate.

Sign the agreement and pay the deposit. Shop drawings arrive within 7 calendar days; two revision rounds are included. The render shows the look; shop drawings specify the build. Production starts after approval.

We build in our Oakland Park shop. Our crew installs the cabinetry and walks the punch list with you.

Payments are 50% at signing, 40% when ready before delivery, and 10% at acceptance after the punch list is signed. Changes are recorded in writing.

Do you supply the countertop and sink?

No, countertops and sinks are by others. Our work is the cabinetry.

Can you build a vanity to fit my plumbing?

We draw your custom vanity around the pipe locations recorded at the measure. Your plumber handles plumbing work.

Can you make a double vanity?

We make double vanities sized to your bathroom, with drawers and doors arranged around the plumbing.

What finishes can I choose?

Vanity finishes include TFL, wood veneer, painted fronts and textured melamine. You choose from physical samples at the measure.

How long does a vanity take?

Most vanities are made and installed within one to two weeks of drawing approval; larger projects take longer. Shop drawings arrive within 7 calendar days of the deposit.
