The shop and where it is
Our shop occupies about 3,500 square feet at 3034 NE 12th Terrace, Oakland Park, FL 33334. TRE Interiors LLC is a millwork shop first. Your project stays with one team from the first visit through installation.
A designer on our team draws each project, and interior design is a separate service led by our Principal Designer. Clients can visit our shop by appointment.
Our CNC line
Our CNC line is in production in our Oakland Park shop, cutting and edge-banding customer orders. The CNC router holds full 5 x 10 ft sheets and has a 12-position automatic tool changer. Its C-axis and angle head allow drilling into panel edges so cabinet boxes can be assembled the way a factory does.
The pass-through edge bander includes pre-milling to prepare edges, PUR glue application, end trimming, trimming, corner rounding, scraping and buffing. PUR glue leaves a thin, moisture-resistant glue line, which matters in Florida humidity. The equipment also includes a screw compressor with an air dryer and cyclone dust collection.

How a project moves through our shop
Your project moves from photos and measurements to approved drawings, shop production and installation.

Within 24 hours of receiving them, we send a free 3D render and price range. The render shows the look; shop drawings are the specification.
If the project fits, the site measure is free. We laser-measure widths at three points, corner heights and diagonals; record outlets, pipes and windows; and photograph every wall. You choose finishes from physical samples.
We provide a written, fixed proposal with the exact price.
After the agreement and deposit, shop drawings arrive within 7 calendar days. Two revision rounds are included. Production starts only after you approve the drawings.

Materials and finishes
Our main material is TFL, or thermally fused laminate, on 3/4" MDF. The laminate is fused to the board, and exposed edges are banded to match.
Finishes include solid colors, wood grains, and stone, linen or metallic looks. We also offer wood veneer, painted fronts including shaker doors, textured melamine, handleless fronts and soft-close hardware. Screens help you preview; physical samples guide the final choice.
Who we build for
We work with homeowners, designers, architects, general contractors, other shops and private clinics.
Designers and architects can supply drawings. General contractors can hire us for cabinetry and casework to plans and specifications. For cabinet shops, furniture makers and contractors without equipment, cut & edge covers panel cutting to a cut list, edge banding, drilling and cabinet boxes, with pricing the same business day.
Clinic work includes reception areas, treatment rooms and the owner's office.

How do payments work?
Payments are 50% at signing, 40% when ready before delivery, and 10% at acceptance after the punch list is signed. Changes are documented in written change orders.
