Kitchen cabinets, made a few miles from home
Our custom kitchen cabinets are made nearby in Oakland Park, roughly 15-20 minutes by car from central Pompano Beach. From our shop at 3034 NE 12th Terrace to City Hall on W Atlantic Blvd, it’s about six miles.
Base, wall and tall cabinets are built to the room, with options for islands and coffee bars. Our own crew installs what we build, so the same team carries the job from drawings through installation. New cabinets for a 1960s or 1970s condo kitchen
We build replacement cabinetry to the measured dimensions of your condo kitchen, whether you keep the layout or change it. Along A1A, many oceanfront towers date from the 1960s and 1970s. A new cabinet plan starts with the space inside your own unit.
At the site measure, we check dimensions for refrigerator surrounds and tall oven cabinets against your appliances. We make and install the cabinetry. Countertops, plumbing, electrical work, appliances and wall finishes stay with your contractor or other trades. Removing old cabinets is included when it is written into the estimate.
When the cabinet boxes can stay
New cabinet doors and fronts may be an option if your existing cabinet boxes are suitable. Ask about this at the measure. We can discuss what you want to keep and whether replacing the fronts makes sense for your kitchen.
Finishes for a home by the ocean
We build mainly with TFL, thermally fused laminate on 3/4" MDF, with matching edge banding. Choices include whites, solid colors and wood grains, plus stone, linen and metallic looks. Wood veneer and painted fronts, including shaker doors, are also available. We use soft-close hardware; handleless fronts are an option.
Salt air and humidity are part of living by the ocean. Make finish choices in person, using physical samples in your own light, and discuss the material as well as its appearance.
Closets for the rest of the home
We also build custom closets, including walk-ins, reach-ins and wardrobes. For a Palm Aire home or an Intracoastal condo, the layout can include drawer towers, shoe storage or lit shelving to suit what you store.
Pompano Beach cabinetry questions
My building only allows contractors on weekdays. Can you work with that?
Yes. We plan delivery and installation around your building’s rules, including weekday work hours and service elevator bookings. Tell us the rules when we book; we coordinate with management.
Can you replace only the cabinets and leave the countertop?
That needs discussion at the site measure. Countertop work is by others, and we cannot promise an existing countertop can stay while cabinets are replaced.
Do you measure in Pompano Beach?
Yes. Pompano Beach is within our service area. If the initial render and price range fit, we measure on site for free, then provide a written proposal with the exact price.
How long until the cabinets are in?
Shop drawings arrive within seven days of the deposit, with two revision rounds included. Production starts after approval. Most closets and built-ins take one to two weeks from approval through installation. Kitchens and larger projects take longer; the agreement states the schedule.
